At Jayden’s Journey, we are committed to providing high-quality, compliant cannabis products in accordance with California law. Due to strict state regulations governing cannabis sales, our return policy is limited as outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In accordance with California cannabis regulations:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for non-defective products.

  • We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, taste, smell, potency, or effects.

Once a cannabis product leaves the premises, it cannot be resold under state law.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We may offer an exchange only in the case of verified defective products.

Examples of potentially eligible defective items include:

  • Non-functioning vape batteries

  • Faulty cartridges

  • Manufacturer-sealed products that are improperly sealed

  • Products with clear manufacturing defects

All exchanges are subject to management approval.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a defective product exchange:

  1. The issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

  2. The original receipt is required.

  3. The original packaging must be provided.

  4. The product must contain a reasonable amount of unused material (as determined by management).

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the product appears misused, tampered with, or excessively consumed.

FORM OF RESOLUTION

If a defective product is approved for exchange:

  • The item will typically be replaced with the same product.

  • If the same product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

  • Cash refunds are not provided.

All exchanges must comply with California cannabis tracking and regulatory requirements.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that did not produce desired effects

  • Products with disliked taste or aroma

  • Edibles or consumables that have been opened

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

Cannabis affects individuals differently, and personal preference does not qualify as a defect.

INSPECT BEFORE YOU LEAVE

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Inspect packaging before leaving the dispensary

  • Confirm product selection with your budtender

  • Ask questions prior to purchase

Once you leave the premises, we are legally limited in how we can assist with returns.
